बच्चे राष्ट्र की धरोहर हैं,
स्वस्थ बचपन, स्वस्थ राष्ट्र.

Hi, I am Sia

यदि आप अपने बच्चों को सही बातें नहीं सिखायेंगे,
तब कोई और उन्हें बुरी बातें सिखा देगा.

पानी हमारा जीवन है,
पानी बचाइए, जीवन बचाइए.

अत्यधिक शोर हानिकारक है,
स्वास्थ्य पर बुरा असर करता है,
शोर से बचिए, शोर मत करिये.

हवा और पानी को गन्दा करके
हम ख़ुद को नुकसान पहुंचाते हैं.
